The following selections feature some of the editorial designs I did through the years as the art director for Word Literature Today. A hybrid literary journal and magazine, WLT balances between satisfying its longtime subscribers and attracting new readers who aren’t necessarily aficionados on what’s trending in international literature.
I worked with the BEST editors during my time at WLT, and I also worked with some amazing photographers, artists, and writers. I’m proud to share some of my favorite projects here.
The last issue I designed was the Summer 2020 issues and the following galleries show a handful of featured spreads in each issue going back to 2018.
